- Place your order with us, and you will receive an email outlining your purchase. In the case of Cash App, Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer. You’ll supply us with the receipt of payment, and you’ll be emailed details about how to pay.
- Once your order has been completed, within 24-48 hours, your tracking number will be emailed out to you and also be visible in your account if you created one.
- For those who want to pay by Bitcoin, orders are sent when the funds are received into our Bitcoin address. If you can supply us with a screenshot of your payment, we will process your order as soon as possible.
- By leaving one of our 4 warehouse hubs, your goods can be with you within 2 to 5 working days.

PACKAGING
- Your privacy is paramount to us, and our discreet packaging guarantees that you are the only one getting excited by the parcel—to others it will look plain boring.
- Orders are packaged very discreetly in padded envelopes with heat-sealed sachets inside. There is no mention of product names or our brand name on the outside of the packages.
RETURN & REFUND POILICIES
- All sales are final
- We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Due to its nature and to guarantee safety for reselling the products from all our shop categories, the packaging of the product must be unopened. The product and packaging will be closely examined by our team upon receipt of the returned item.
- To complete your return, we require an order number sent in your message to us HERE. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
- If your package is tracked and goes missing, we’ll ship it again for no extra charge.
- Exchange is only possible If you have received the wrong item, we will replace it for you free of charge. Please contact us and include your order number along with details about the incorrect product you received.
- Please note we do not reship if you supply us with the wrong address. The address can be changed if the order has still not been dispatched at our end. As soon as the order is transferred to courier, we cannot change any information or return it to you.
- We also do not reship if your package is shipped back to us for unknown reasons. Please keep track of your packages and contact your local courier company or post office in case they cannot locate your address.
- We refund only if the package shipped was the wrong package or bad product.
- In the event of a Refund, Replacement, or Product exchange, please allow us up to 10 business days to fulfill your request. You will receive an order update notification once your request has been fulfilled.
